Shift Details:
- Full-time, on-site warehouse roles
- Shift starts vary— as early as 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM
- 4-day/10-hour schedules
- Weekends and holidays may be included in the regular schedule
- Overtime is required when operational needs arise, which may extend the scheduled shift

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
- Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery schedules
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, voice-directed headsets, or similar systems) to track and complete orders
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment (certification required or provided)
- Work in refrigerated, freezer, and/or dry warehouse zones, including cold environments as low as 0°F to -10°F
- Inspect and verify products for quality, damage, accuracy, and correct quantities/packaging
- Stack, wrap, label, and stage completed pallets for delivery as needed
- Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, using required protective equipment as applicable
- Meet established accuracy and productivity standards throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with company, food-safety, and warehouse safety procedures
What You'll Bring:
- Prior general warehouse experience preferred (approximately 6 months to 1 year); no material-handling equipment experience required, as training and/or forklift certification support will be provided
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and similar equipment (certified or willing/able to be trained and certified)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a full shift (up to 10 hours)
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including freezer environments as cold as 0°F to -10°F, for extended periods
- Basic reading and math skills to verify products, quantities, labels, and order information
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability to work scheduled shifts, including early start times, weekends, holidays, and overtime as operationally needed
