Our Merchandising Team supports our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retailers nationwide. Merchandisers travel to grocery stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route. Merchandisers help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands while providing best-in-class service.

• Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour or more - depending on experience

Shift:

About Island Distributing:

Island Distributing joined Reyes Beverage Group in 2023 and operates from five facilities on the islands of Hawaii (2), Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. We proudly sell and distribute the widest variety of imported, craft, and domestic beers, delivering over 8.2 million cases annually to 2,485+ customers throughout the islands of Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route
• Transport products between the backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as a pallet jack or hand truck
• Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating product
• Report backstock inventory levels
• Maintain relationships in the market by providing best-in-class service
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintain auto insurance coverage of at least the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
• Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
