Start at $22.36/Hour - Paid Training - Excellent Benefits
This position performs a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming product, picking, and filling orders from stock, stacking, and wrapping product and/or building pallets. Our team members are active throughout their day working independently using a voice-controlled system to select full-case dry, cool, or frozen products in a multi-temperature warehouse environment using powered material handling equipment.
Top Benefits:
- Start at $22.36 per hour
- $24.13 per hour after 6 months
- $30.23 per hour after 1 year
- PLUS $0.52 per hour minimum uncapped incentive
- Paid training
- Weekly pay
- Hourly base pay + incentive pay

Shifts Available:
- Must be able to have open availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends!
- 2nd shift: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
- 3rd shift: 9:00 PM-5:30 AM

Responsibilities:
- Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
- Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
- Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be able to work in all warehouse conditions including freezer, cooler and dry!
